Customer service is very important to us. To be fair to each of our clients, and to ensure accuracy in providing service, we have implemented a state of the art "ticket system". This allows you to contact us anytime of the day or night, at your convenience, to address support issues.
How it works
Once you are a LeadPortal client, you will have a private account where you will be able to manage your leads, your "trouble tickets" and any other services you receive from us. We promise to respond promptly to reasonable requests. Support issues will receive priority attention.
To further enhance our commitment to timely customer service, we will soon be implementing a live chat system which will allow live contact with customer service.
