User Agreement

The terms of this agreement are simple. We agree to provide you with the services we offer. You agree to pay for those services.

We do not extend credit. When you buy insurance leads or other services from us, it is considered a final transaction.  We have been in the health insurance business since 1993 and use our expertise to facilitate sales and generate insurance leads. You are paying us to do prospecting, and, or, lead generation, on your behalf. Prospecting is not a perfect science.  However, we believe we can do an excellent job for you.  Understanding this, let's proceed to the following:

You have a choice of insurance leads which you can purchase from us.  To learn more about these insurance leads, please visit the page titled "pricing".  We do not offer credits for our insurance leads for any reason other than it being "fictitious".  Prospects may lie about health conditions, ages, height, weight, tobacco use, or a myriad of other issues.  Based on our marketing strategies, we believe that the overwhelming and vast majority of our insurance leads are exactly as represented. However, taking into consideration that "buyers are liars", we have discounted our leads to make up for the percentage of  those you might get. Again, we only credit insurance leads for the reason of a "fictitous person". DO NOT ask for a lead credit for any other reason. It will not be honored.

When you purchase insurance leads from us through our exclusive "Lead Portal" program, you will agree to these terms of service. If you feel you cannot abide by the terms, please do not buy insurance buy leads from us.
